        Update --- there's a much better version of this in Easley called Kids Play & Cafe. My son and I love it. Don't bother. Customer service is lousy and management isn't much better. We've made two trips to use the Groupon I bought to try it out and are 0-2. Spent 15 minutes at the counter with other guests before anyone even acknowledged us, then told us they're closed for a party. Owner insisted this was posted on the sign, it wasn't, then said it was on their website, wasn't there either. We'll pass.

        My daughter LOVES this play cafe! There is a variety of things for different ages to play with! She especially loved the new ball pit and baby swing that has been added! I took her there to meet Santa as well! Such a cute place to take the babies and such sweet owners and staff! We will definitely be going back! I plan on having her first birthday there because we loved it that much!

        I took my two kids (2&3 yr olds) on a rainy Sunday afternoon and was amazed at this facility. It was very spacious, lots of fun little things for the kids to play on and with and it was very clean and well organized. The snacks at the Cafe are all reasonably priced and I could just chill and watch my kids in a safe and soft environment. Best of all my kids absolutely loved it and had a blast for hours. Highly recommend.

      Jennifer- you were personally spoken to and after argumentatively claiming “would have been nice if it was on the website”, we explained in the simplest terms to you that our announcement was posted well in advance (as we always do) on 1) our website 2) Facebook page 3) Instagram feed 4) Instagram story 5) sign at the door outside our entrance. You were even personally met outside to show you in clear, bold writing on our sign where the hours were posted … you know, the sign about the little girls private party that you walked in on. Yeah, I would be frustrated too if I drove and failed to ensure that a party hosting business wasn’t in fact hosting a party - but I can guarantee I would sure be taking ownership of my actions instead of shaming a business behind Google. My additional waste of time even responding to such an irrational and untrue review is certainly not for your sake, but rather the other customers reading this that need an explanation.Sincerely - a small business owner who stands behind all business owners who work tirelessly to satisfy even the most difficult of people, a truly impossible mission.
