Alexis,I am sorry you were not happy with your actual phone appointment to go over your taxes. Your file was sent to review after your appointment, where it was confirmed that you did owe the amount of taxes your preparer said and for the reason that was discussed in the appointment. Your file was brought to my attention after your communication that you were not happy. I called you multiple times to discuss the situation but was unable to talk to you because you were out of town. I finally summarized in writing what my investigation into your file showed and asked you to call back at your convenience (the staff knew to put you right through to me). You never called. Then you responded to my summary by apologizing for not getting back sooner because you were out of town and had decided to have your taxes done somewhere else. If you had called me back before deciding to just go somewhere else, we may have been able to salvage this relationship. No matter where you have them done, the results will be the same if done correctly. We work hard to take care of our clients and make sure we are accurate. Are we perfect, no, but if there is a problem we try to correct it if given the opportunity. We do wish you the best.Donna RobinsonOperations Manager
