        My experience with Aqua Blue Pools in Taylors, SC has left me profoundly disappointed. Despite hiring them to construct a pool with specific requests, including a retaining wall and durable concrete, less than a year later, the retaining wall is crumbling, and cracks mar the entire structure. Additionally, the promised stone colors were not delivered. Their disregard for attention to detail and failure to meet agreed-upon specifications are intolerable. Despite my efforts to address these issues, it's evident their priority is solely collecting payment. I strongly caution against entrusting Aqua Blue Pools in Taylors, SC with any pool construction or repair projects. Their incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction are glaring. For privacy concerns, I've chosen to remain anonymous, given their access to my personal information. Please reconsider before engaging with this company.

        We are heading into our 4th season with our Aqua Blue Pool! Im always hesitant to write a review right after completion of a project because I want to see if the product and the promises endure the test of time. I can say without hesitation Aqua Blue Pools stand by their product and their promises! We were very pleased at every stage of construction! What a knowledgeable and hard working group of individuals!! Its no surprise this company has been in business for over 40 years! I researched buying a pool for almost 3 years before my husband and I decided to commit! I read every review and every website for almost every pool company in upstate SC! We decided to settle on Aqua Blue after visiting their showroom and experiencing how kind and upfront they were. They dont claim to be the cheapest but guarantee to stand by their product! I am so glad we chose Aqua Blue Pools! We cant wait for warmer weather so we can enjoy another season in our pool! And By the way- we are currently saving for our Aqua Blue Hot Tub! Hope to have it by 2025!

        Called trying to do some research about an issue I am having with the coping around my pool. The gentleman I talked to was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions, even though the questions involved work completed by another pool company and may or may not even amount to business for Aqua Blue Pools. I truly appreciated the Customer Service I received and know if/when I need to seek assistance for this repair, that I will give them my business.
