Apple Seeds Pediatric Dentistry of Brushy Creek

We wont be back my son is 3. When we got there, I mentioned that we had an insurance card & a Medicaid card as well & we were borderline snubbed because of it. My son is covered on his dads health insurance but there was an error (someone entered the wrong birth year for him) so they were having issues with the insurance. I assume that they mustve thought that we wouldnt be able to pay and that is why we were treated the way we were. When doing X-rays I was a little irritated because they told my son to bite down on a cookie so he got upset afterwards thinking he was actually going to get a cookie. They looked at his teeth for a minute then the dentist and the assistant started to go over things. The dentist was in a HURRY, & the assistant was talking too. My toddler was also acting crazy as toddlers do. I also had another assistant talking to me over all of this, trying to figure out the insurance, & wanted me to call Eliass dad. So a LOT was going on. & not once did the dentist slow down or stop talking so that I could think or make sure I was listening or able to focus. They just kept talking over one another like they didnt care that I was struggling with a toddler also, then when I called my sons dad (and announced I was doing so) they CONTINUED all talking over each other and to me and over my toddler. I didnt hear a word. They didnt seem to care other than acting irritated. I was severely overwhelmed and I thought that them acting this way was rude and because they were all in a hurry to get to lunch or something. Thinking back, I believe they had no respect for us as they probably thought we couldnt pay. By the end of it insurance was approved but the treatment plan and costs were not insurance friendly, were not explained well at all, and I found everything they did and the way they acted to be terribly rude. Fastest service Ive ever had but I will be finding another pediatric dentistry for my son. Also, every other kid left with a sucker even after the cookie thing, they offered my son nothing. I was not impressed with this place whatsoever. One thing Ive learned about most dentist offices is that all they ever care about is money, and not much else. And when you read this review feel free to view my other reviews as well I leave reviews everywhere, good and bad. We deserved better than this dentist office gave us and I firmly believe they deserve one star, or less if I could give it.

Cannot express enough how amazing Appleseeds Brushy Creek is! Took our children to their first ever teeth cleaning today and they left saying how much they love the dentist! Very thankful for all of the staffs patience and gentleness with our kids.

We came in expecting to have my childs tooth fixed however we were only scheduled for them to assess it. The team made arrangements and fit him in to have it fixed the same day. The staff and doctor were absolutely amazing. I cant thank them enough for the excellent care they showed my son even when we werent scheduled to have it completed. They are awesome
