I'm sure they have good intentions but unfortunately due to terrible service on their end I lost my scholarship. I responded to their email stating I would like to renew the scholarship. Only to find out a week later, their employee said they did not receive it and my scholarship was revoked. My message box shows the email was delivered. They did not allow me to get back in and said that next time I should have confirmed. I hope your employees are better now so innocent kids who are already wrapped up in predatory loans don't experience the same tease from your institution that I did.
