    Have visited people who live here on multiple occasions and understand the complaints completely. Residents constantly leave trash outside of the doors and it attracts maggots and other bugs, multiple residents are incredibly rude and will harass you about parking here as a visitor, and there are many times where it is hard to navigate the lot while trying to avoid toys and other items left in the middle of the road and unattended children running in front of cars. The units themselves also seem to be very dated, so after visiting I can understand the complaints from tenants.

    i personally don't live here. this was my option to move from another state. I have tried calling multiple times and no no one answers the phone. i was in town for a weekend and decided to stop by and look for myself what the area looked like and it was ok. how ever when we got there luckily i just caught the young lady leaving and going to another location. I was apologized to for them not calling me back. she took our information and said we would get a call and or an email. its been two months and i still haven't heard form anyone at all so much for customer service. you guys make someone not want to move there again i say i am moving from another state.

    Had a appointment set up on the day they are closed, tried to contact them and they never answer the phone. Went there watched a lady go into the office and they locked the doors .so I tried to call and Nope No answer.

    Garbage disposal in the sink stopped working, fridge doesent keep drinks cold, hole above the shower. Ive addressed these complaints to maintenance and NOTHING has been done. And the maintenance guy that IS there is now threatening me with eviction because i wouldnt let him into the apartment while i wasnt there, threatening to drill my lock and enter anyway. I have items in there i do not want people to steal, as it has happened before (I have had a motorcycle stolen out of the complex) I have had multiple issues with the staff, who despite me living there since 2018, have been nothing but unprofessional and disrespectful. And when you bring these problems to light, youre met with a souless, robotic generic response. They dont care about you, as long as they get your money. Their rudeness is already causing tenants to leave by the bus full. I genuinely do not want to leave but it feels as if im being pushed to. The lack of care is unfortunate, as when i was this place was entire football fields better than what it is now. Jessica does not care. The management does not care. Maintenance doesent care. Steer clear of this place until they get their priorities together.

    I've lived here since 2019 and I can say a lot of things about a lot of different landlords we've had. Some great and some just ... Well not so great. Truly love my neighbors and my apartment. Jessica Crawford the Assistant Leasing Manager is A GIFT and a remarkable person. She's done everything in her power to help myself and other residents with a variety of needs and somehow managed to do it alone.. literally. Irreplaceable is an understatement, and no words could express my gratitude to her! Thank you Ms.Crawford! Leasing agents and managers don't always have ...a personality, let alone the ability to care about their tenants and the family's that reside in the homes they manage. Ms.Crawford is the prime example of this, so don't listen or read the reviews previous to this one! As a single parent with three children, I understand times are hard, and with prices homes and rentals going up?!? You can't beat the convenience, cost, or location of Woodlea Oaks. Brandon head of maintenance is professional, friendly, and he never leaves a job unfinished!
