Spent $800+ 3 weeks ago and today NO WATER AGAIN . Mr Baird said he had 40+ years of experience. So I trusted him . He came to my home 3 times . 1st time he came I had to call 2 men to assist him pull the well pipe out the ground. He replaced the tube and then kept saying he had to leave to be somewhere at a certain time , paid him $467 (still didnt fix my water) , told me I needed a pressure tank , bought a 20gal pressure tank from Lowes for $200. Asked him how much hed charge me to come back and put it on , he said $140 (again I trust him because he said he had 40years under his belt) Paid him , he put it on worked , woke up next day NO WATER again , called him and sent him pictures , he didnt tighten a peace tight enough , he came back out and fixed it again and also said thats his last time coming he would have to charge me to come back over again. Today is day 2 of no water , decided to call somebody else because Im a single mother of 3 toddlers , near no family and we NEED running water and I dont have any more free money to give Mr Baird. The ending outcome is he didnt tighten another part connecting to my pump the last time he was here tight enough and no pressure was helping the water flow correctly to my house. Im behind on bills because of the amount of money I spent with Mr Baird and nothing was fixed properly. Service: Pump repairs & installation
