I had a custom exhaust system installed today. I am well pleased with the work they performed. I found the staff to be extremely professional, well trained, and just out-right nice people. I highly recommend B & C Auto Pros.

Absolute worst experience with a mechanic shop in my life. Total waste of time and money. I had a 2004 Chevy Colorado that I brought to them for an alternator and battery replacement then it turned into them saying it was the PCM computer that was bad as well...they ordered a new PCM that took little over a week to come in but it wasn't programed so they order another one...another week and this one won't bypass the security system but once they FINALLY install the new battery and alternator they call to tell me that the PCM wasn't the issue!!!! Weeks of time wasted for nothing and 2k down the drain for unnecessary diagnostics for something that wasn't even the problem. I will never take any vehicle to this place again

Disclaimer: I had a very bad experience with this business.. Even dough my radio was stolen there at B&C, time do heal pain. Beside The work performed on the Jeep wasn't bad ( installed ball joints, tires, alignment and brakes)actually did a great job. I really didnt appreciate the fact they try to sell me $7500 axle! When my axle was perfectly fine. I went and got an alignment somewhere else with no issues. Hopefully since this Incident with my vehicle. B&C shop practices being honest, upfront, competent and better business practices with the customers.
