Do not use these guys. They are not trained and end up bringing more people out. The entire process they just kept saying it would cost more to unclog a drain. $1200 plus for sewer unclog since they couldnt find it. Hire a better plumber. Trust me Service: Drain cleaning

ZERO. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just like all the negative comments - hard to get thru. I had an underslab leak and they never responded back after the leak was detected. Customer service or whoever is is taking their calls - trash!!! Never again ! Not a company to use when homeowners are in stress of leak that might need urgent attention!!! Do not use this company. They did some work at my house and I found out it was done incorrectly so I called them to come out and correct it. They use an answering service so you dont talk to someone that actually works for the company, all they say is Ill have my supervisor call you. I have called over 30 times and have never gotten a call back. Maybe they will respond when its my lawyer calling with a lawsuit.

Do not recommend based on personal experience. As friendly and efficient they were on the phone to schedule as incompetent and greedy they appeared when they showed up. They did not offer theory to explain the problem we were experiencing, they just threw large numbers at us for tests that they could not guarantee will reveal anything. The narrative was "you have a big problem here and it will cost you, I mean COST YOU to merely run tests; we may have to break down bunch of stuff because we've seen this ONE other place where they had this and that problem and you MAY have the same...but in either case it will cost you significantly." To summarize, the people who came were much more interested in conveying the message that it's going to cost us a lot than to actually investigate what was going on and why or at the very least put an understandable action plan that we can accept or reject. After some deliberation we decided it is more likely they were incompetent rather than evil. Do not take my word, call them, have them come to you - that was easy - and just be on the lookout of whether they care more for solving your problem or convincing you how serious it is.
