US Post Office

Terrible customer service and even worst attitudes, if you don't have to, avoid this place. You can feel the negative vibe and it shows on their facial expression. Working with the public is not their forte.

Package scanner was down for two straight days. All I wanted to do was drop off a package with a pre-paid label on it. When a simple task like that cant be completed, you know USPS is going downhill fast.

I don't know what to make of this set up . When I first moved here. My mail was sitting in another mailbox stacking up. Now it's been since Monday and my email has informed me that I had a letter coming however I've not received any mail. Packages from fed ex etc . But not USPS. What is happening?? I was just told by my neighbor that this is known to happen and for me to look at the reviews. Here I am
