    It has been about 4 years since my knee replacement and doing good, no pain. I got an appointment for Monday because my other knee hurts now. Different kind of pain.

    I had my right total knee replacement in June 2023. Dr. Zitzke was my surgeon. I am so happy I went to him and had this surgery! I had been in constant pain for the past year from osteoarthritis and bone on bone. I was also "knock knee" from the degenerative disease. Today, I am 11 weeks post-op and no more pain in that knee and my leg is straight! I wish I could put a before and after photo on here. I highly recommend Dr. Zitzke and Prisma Health.

    This was by far THE WORST DR EXPERIENCE I have ever had!!!! And there is no way Im returning for a third time!!! Had an appointment with Dr. Ryan Zitke, 1st appointment with him and they tell you no details upon arrival. When I get there ON TIME, I called and advised Id be coming up a few minutes late as I was assuming they still had valet parking, I was alone, and needed assistance. Was looking for a park, she advised me park in garage and use elevators or walk bridge, I informed her I was unable to walk distances hence my appointment with the Orthopedic Dr. She said ok, She by the way is Nichole A.who sits at front. So i preceded to find a park (another 5 mins) had to wait on a golf cart driver to pick me up and take me to the door( another 10mins). Which he was very kind by the way, only to get to the door to be told it was too late and I need to reschedule!!!!! LIVID!!!! No compassion, no concern, then I asked to speak with a manager, she advised no one else was there to talk to, I then asked to speak with anyone besides her, a beautiful nice respectful, caring nurse Latoya I believe her name was, listened to my concerns, however nasty Nichole jumps up an go spews her venom to the Dr and then returns and says he said Id have to reschedule!!! Of course he would after you spoke to him and gave him your version of the story!!! This could have all been avoided when I called if she would have advised me that after a certain time Id need to reschedule if I did not make it upstairs, I would not have waited so long to get a ride from the nice gentleman on the golf cart and just called and rescheduled after waiting so long for the ride!!!!!! I will definitely be finding another location. The first time I went she turned me around at the door, which I found out later they were not supposed to refuse me service but they did!!!! so now I wasted my whole morning, hurting, in pain seeking help only to return home without any!!!! So this is the Specialized Care you guys specialize in with NO REGARD to the wellbeing of your patients!!!! This is what your website means by ensuring a personal connection to your care if so it is absolutely horrible service and I would like a manager to contact me asap please and I will definitely be pursuing this further. Nasty Nichole does not need to be your representative in the front if she does not know how to show empathy and compassion for patients. She knew she was wrong and tried to cover her tracks! I have worked in healthcare, and as a Customer Specialist, and management for over 20 years!!!! If you need me to come in and train her I will.

    Do you provide headphones? For babies when removing the casts? Parents don't usually think of this as they are trying to make sure the babies legs aren't chopped off. It would be a nice thing to do for the baby's.
