My appointment went wonderful and super. The nurses and receptionists were amazing and magnificent. Dr. Nuri Ozden was terrific and tremendous at what he does for you dealing the liver. I was seen in there office by their NP I was told the day after I was positive for C Diff in the course of my antibiotic I saw no difference I called and their nurse said they cannot retest until after 8 weeks because it will show as positive then the NP comes on the phone says it my ulcerative colitis I said no its not ulcerative colitis you have formed stools and the only its adnormal is when you have a flare up or if something didnt agree she didnot do a second round of antibiotics I have been suffering waiting on my appointment on November 12th I know I am still positive the smell watery pus diarrhea no solid stools I am going to file a complaint with dehc I am documenting everything this is serious I am surprised no one is treating my condition as such. I am surprised another round of vancomycin was not given I am the patient totally ignored she told me to go back to the ER for me to wait another 24 hours to be seen do they understand this can become septic and at a patient request for another round of treatment and denied please do not come here

A few times I've had trouble scheduling visits/procedures. It's crazy a medical office can be this bad! It's obvious when you go here; the staff doesn't care about the work they do.

The staff is so u n professional! Waited for the dr bout 45 on to be seen less then 5min. Couldn't schedule colonostomy because scheduler was running behind or taking a lunch what does that have to do with ur paitemts..Everyone standing at the desk helpr your coworker/ladies out if she running behind and take over scduleing till shee comes. back dam Who wants to sit for another 1

Been here for 2 hours and still haven't been seen by the doc. When you come in they don't even check your temp. They just ask you questions and let you in. But the doctor was nice and seems to want to actually do tests to figure out what's going on.
