Ms Margaret,You know this is absolutely not true. We replaced your septic tank years ago when the walls of the old one were caving in. We showed you the crumbling walls of the tank and you begged us to please get a new one installed right away. We did that. We also completely smoothed your yard and leveled it. We never heard from you again in all these years until you filed a magistrate's case against us. As you presented your evidence to the judge you admitted that someone else had recently installed new drain lines for you. At this point the judge pointed out that the much more recent work by the other person was in the areas you are so disturbed about but none of your complaint was about the area around the tank we installed. And our work was completed years ago, yet you never complained until the more recent work was done by someone else. After hearing all the evidence you presented the Judge dismissed your case because you have no case against us. We realize you are upset but you are upset with the wrong company. You were a sweet lady and we are so sorry you have problems now, but your problems now have nothing to do with our work completed years ago. We wish you the best.
