        Never had any problems. The selection is varied and what I bought is durable. I got exactly what I was looking for at a reduced price when compared to similar items in other furniture stores.

        My complaint lies with the delivery process. My expensive sectional was delivered to me on a trailer uncovered...the delivery guys addressed themselves to me very rudely. No hello or anything but where is this going? As they were shoving the sectional piece through my front door I heard a rip. The younger of the two men said it was the molding from the door. I inspected the piece of furniture, and noticed it had been ripped during the delivery. When I pointed it out to him, he told his partner to pack it back on the truck. This guy didnt say anything to me, nor did he ask what I would like to do or apologize. He just left. I never felt so disrespected by anyone performing a service in my home. Very unprofessional and because of that, they lost a sale.
