Best service! The ladies were kind when I placed my order and when I picked up my bouquets, I needed another. Melissa was great to accommodate me right then. In 10minutes she had the third bouquet ready. I was visiting from out of state and appreciate their hospitality. This is the place to get your flowers.

This morning I ordered a Birthday Bouquet for my wife on line. I called just to follow up on a approximate time when they would be delivered. The lady that took the call right out was nasty & very rude and asked for her supervisor, the conversation got worse. No customer deserves too be treated like this and plan to speak directly to the Owner concerning this.

I ordered a $100 arrangement for Valentine's Day online.  Flowers & Baskets made and delivered the arrangement.  Delivery man did not hand the flowers to my wife, just set them on the porch, rang the doorbell, and walked off.  The flowers were dried up and brown, and did not look anything like the picture on the order.  One side of the arrangement was completely devoid of flowers.  I looked as though they grabbed any scraps they could find and threw in a vase.  Completely ruined Valentine's Day for my wife.  When contacted, they refused to redo the order and offered me a $20 discount.  These folks are running quite the scam in Sumter.  AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
