      image Horrible customer service. They have little to no knowledge of items in store. Or items in stock. A lot of items are overpriced and you can find them cheaper at any other parts store. When you finally get past all of that you have to wait in a line while the employees talk amongst themselves about things that are not work related. Today I walked in and tried to make a purchase. I wanted to clean my car. I grabbed the items and got in line. As Im up there it eventually came my turn to check out. Instead of the cashier telling me to come up she got distracted and let someone else get in front of me in line. (ALL THIS CUSTOMER HAD TO DO WAS WALK IN AND ASK HER A QUESTION!! AND SHE IMMEDIATELY BRUSHED ME OFF TO HELP THEM AT THE REGISTER. THEN SHE LEFT THE REGISTER) I had already waited ten mins. I left my selected items in the store and drove to Oreilly where I know they would take care of me. Idk how this place is staying in business. EVERY-TIME I COME HERE IM LET DOWN. I was in and out oreilly in 2 mins. With the items I needed and saved 5$.
