I was referred here by others who have endometriosis and PCOS that currently see Dr. Parry , Ive seen a handful of drs about my conditions in the past and never have truly felt heard and understood how these conditions have impacted my life in a negative way and coming here to this practice I have felt heard and understood, Dr. Parry and his staff are very caring and passionate about their patients and strive to make sure you have the best care possible, I also feel like they do not rush you and have great bed side manner and allow you to be fully involved in your care plan , I can say I have found my place to be for life whether its for treatment management or one day another pregnancy Im super thankful for all the staff here and cant say enough good things ,I would recommend anyone who has complex reproductive issues to come here you wont regret it

I assume this office no longer takes new patients. I had called trying to make an appointment as a new patient no one ever answers the phone so you have to leave a message. The VM states that they will call you back within 48 hours but after 2 weeks I called and left another VM still no return calls after another week so I thought maybe their VM is not working and I emailed the office. Provided my contact information and still no one calls and no response to my email either after another week has gone by. If they are taking new patients and this is just a representation of how the office works I guess I should be greatful that they did not call me back.

Been uneasy about this practice for a few years, but only go annually so never bothered with the hassle of switching doctors until this month. Every appointment has been delayed 30-40 minutes, then rushed once youre in. Was told I was at risk for a heart attack on the pill because my blood pressure was high (whose isnt when they are at the OBGYN upon arrival?) so they said my only option was an IUD. After a TERRIBLE experience with having that procedure done and a lack of empathy from doctor, I had severe symptoms so I had it removed 9ish months later. I came in to discuss my problems with it and was dismissed completely. Did not care to hear about it, just said theyd remove it. Never talked about options after that or how to fix the symptoms I had. I ended up IN THE HOSPITAL after removal with the ER blaming my symptoms on my IUD. Ive had two doctors over the last few years and both have never actually taken the time to listen. Once I decided I wanted to swap doctors, I called for my paperwork. I was hung up on rudely TWICE. I waited another day to speak to someone different, was told I had to COME IN to sign a release so I said you cant email it? Turns out they can! They sent it over, I filled it out immediately, scheduled an appointment with another doctor weeks ago. Spoke with them today and they never received the paperwork. Called this doctor today and spoke to Desiree who I sent the paperwork in to begin with, and she said she never read my email3 weeks. Never. Read. My. Email. Find a different doctor and staff who cares, I promise youre better off. I have several other examples of poor bedside manners and negligence, but I think Im almost out of characters.
