        I'd give this store 0 stars if I could. Before entering, and before even making eye contact with me, the store employee, on his smoke break, made sure to check what shoes I was wearing before I entered the store. I worked at a shoe store many moons ago. I understand the why behind that, but also, as a person of color, who is not a young person, and makes a certain income, this shook me. I am certain that this would not have been the case if I were not a Black male. I could never give this store, or this company, my business. And that's okay with me. I at least know how Rack Room operates and I can tell people to avoid doing business with them.
