This is a local family run business and they are awesome! They are not one of these insurance fraud companies blanketing your neighborhoods and doing poor work that you will regret in a few years time. They took the time to walk us through every step of the process; assisted us in getting the state grant, installed an exceptional high rated protective roof that looks great too, provided all the documentation to get our homeowners insurance adjusted and documents to file with our state taxes to get an additional rebate! There were no dumb questions and they took the time to answer everything I threw their way. I recommend Middle Branch Roofing to everyone that asks about a reputable roofing company! In my mind, there is no other.

Arranged an appointment for someone to give me an estimate to repair my roof. No one showed for the appointment.

I would give them a zero if I could! My brother had them put a roof on in March of 2023. It has been lifting up in several places. He tried NUMEROUS times calling and now they won't answer the phone when he calls. To know my brother, he is one that doesn't even lose his temper! He would even pay to fix it if they would even respond! Please stay away from them!!!!!
