My technician called about 15 minutes prior to arrival and then arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time.
He introduced himself and we discussed the yearly maintenance to be done. All was completed without a fuss.
Very personable, neat, well spoken and best of all---he did what needed to be done and explained any issues he ran into.
I use this company yearly for maintenance and have ALWAYS been very satisfied and recommend them highly!

I called the number of this business a moment ago. I proceeded to explain my issue and ask if this was something simple I could resolve by turning off the water or if it involved a valve of some sort, or if it was more serious and required professional services. My guess was that it required a plumber, but again, I wasn’t sure. Instead of asking for clarification or for additional details, I was basically blown off. The person that answer replied with, I don’t know if you need a plumber or not, if you think it’s something you can do yourself, go for it. I was quite appalled at the response but figured he just didn’t understand my question. I explained that I was remodeling and needed some assistance with the sink area. Again, he responded in an annoyed tone, I don’t know you or your capabilities, so I’m not sure if it’s something you can do. Obviously I am not a plumber and obviously I don’t know the first step in kitchen remodeling or cabinet installation, so I’m not sure what would need to happen plumbing wise. Obviously…since I’m not a plumber. Apparently, you must come prepared with exact facts about plumbing or pay upfront before you can ask a simple question of whether or not these so called “plumbers” can help. No worries; there are tons of other companies I can call with much better reviews anyhow. Good riddance. Maybe answer the phone like a respectable and professional business owner instead of a teenage girl going through puberty. Just some friendly advice from a non-plumber human.

They installed new plumbing in my renovated house. They did not vent the toilet in my master bath - causing me to have a pipe sticking out of the side of my house and have my ceiling cut open. Had pipes that didn't fit behind the sheetrock wall - next to the kitchen sink. They installed valves for my showers without asking me what brand shower head I had. They left pipes sticking out of the walls in the center hallway and under a hanging bathroom vanity. Wouldn't fix any of the problems without additional charge. Services: Toilet installation, Shower installation, Tap installation
