        Whats the point of having a phone number to call when they never answer? Made an appointment yesterday (Saturday) to bring my car in today but come to find out they cancelled my appointment and never gave me a call notifying me and now they still wont answer the phone. Horrible customer service communication

        Great technicians, not so great employees at the s service desk. Wont answer the phone, messed up my work order. Would go back only because they are significantly cheaper than anywhere else, just make sure to pay online so they dont mess your order up.
