        I had an awful encounter with the girl who works the front desk. I arrived to my appointment to be turned away and told shed have to reschedule me because paperwork wasnt filled out before the appointment. I was never told to fill out forms beforehand. I took the work day off for this appointment. I wont reschedule with them, Ill go to a different office. Bad business!
