Dan Crance: Your Mortgage Man

I have worked with Dan for three years now, and we just closed on our first home. Dan has done much more than handle our mortgage process, he helped us understand how the entire home buying process works, how credit works, and what goes into qualifying for a mortgage. He even recommended a company to help fix my husband's credit! Every other lender I spoke to before finding Dan told me to just run everything off my credit alone, when he heard that he scoffed and got to work getting us both where we needed to be. He's extremely responsive over text and email and calls, he's very informative, and his office ladies Serena and Donna are very thorough as well! I would recommend anyone who, like me, didn't get any form of education on credit, mortgages etc growing up-- go to Dan to help you buy your home!!
