        Went to KB for lunch with my wife after we had seen so many good things on social media from them. Service was great, very personable but when our burgers arrived all I could hear is the old Wheres the beef commercial. The burger was smashed so thin I could literally see through it. That was it. A 1/16 thick 1/2oz smash burger and a pickle and like a ketchup packet sized amount of Palmetto Cheese. We both left hungry still and my wife made the comment she gets more satisfaction eating McDonalds We wont be backunfortunate as I had been really excited to try it out.

        The Knots smash burgers are a must-try! Juicy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with their crispy, perfect onion rings. A delightful dining experience that leaves you craving more. Oh! I almost forgot, their spicy ranch is phenomenal! Highly recommended!

      SMASHED burgers are supposed to be thin and crispy on the edges. Every single burger ball is hand rolled & weighed at 4oz (1/4 lb) so theres no way your burger was 1/2 oz. As you can see, MOST people really love our thin smashed burgers, and maybe they're just not for you. Check out thick burgers, maybe thats more up your alley! Glad the service was good tho! We have bangin' employees!
