I was convinced to buy the beauty rest black in Sept 2023. Because it came from outlet, I had to get extra warranty. It was a constant issue with the adjustable base with 2 replacements in a month & I just downgraded to a standard base. I have no idea what this mattress went through before I got it, but it is horribly sunk in as if mattress is "broken". I am heavy but at almost $3000 , a top of the line firm mattress that has a weight capacity of 850. I'm a little more than 1/3 of that (i said I'm fat lol), and I work 5-6 days a week and only sleep 5-7 hours a night. It's disgustingly disappointing that I've only had it 6 months, live alone, normal use and mattress already needs to be replaced again. Worst purchase I've ever made

Matthew was wonderful! Have struggled to find the mattress we wanted in stovk and get it quickly. Found it online and called the store to confirm its availability pick up within a few days. Process was easy and smooth without any problems.
