        It was a quiet place, the first day of breakfast was great the second day wasn't so good. And I didn't realize until we had already left that they did not give us a military discount. No trailer parking at the hotel, the hotel next door allowed us to park on their property. Rooms: Clean & quiet.

        Our room was awesome and they accommodated our 2 large dogs - not something every hotel will do. Rooms: The rooms are generously sized. Walkability: Within walking distance to Target, Kohls, Petsmart, several restaurants and a gas station.

        Our dog "must've turned the deadbolt himself and locked us out of the room." No response from management. No help or clarification on policies. No procedure for emergency situations. Very rude, combative & a severe lack of compassion from Beverly at the front desk. During the 2 hour situation of figuring out what to do, obviously with high emotions and clarifying questions, Beverly proceeded to talk about her situation jokingly with other guests and tell us we will be kicked out after asking for advice of our options because they were fully booked and said there's nothing they can do. We will never be coming back, never recommend them and consecutively never say good things. Update: it has been 8 hours and come to find out the battery to the door is dead and that is why the door is locked and why no one can get in. Which was a suggestion from us in case it could help figure out a solution, but Beverly continued ignoring us. The maintenance guy (who she said would be here in 30 minutes & arrived 7 hours later) has been helpful and received a call from someone saying "I'm only helping because it's you [maintenance worker]" She then proceeded to give simple directions that could've been given 8 hours ago. update: 12 hours later we got into our room. The morning staff was awesome: empathetic and helpful! We got a refund for our lobby stay. Helpful staff we got the name of: Ternia & maintenance staff

      Welcome to the brand new Staybridge Suites in Summerville, SC, located off of Interstate 26, and just minutes from the heart of Charleston, and businesses in North Charleston. For your convenience, we are less than a 20 minute drive from Charleston International Airport (CHS). Summerville has always been known for its flora, historic charm and Southern hospitality.
