Im a frequent shopper because this store is my neighbor. I always have a great experience! Yesterday, there was a woman in her 60s carrying on about an issue she had in the most childish, rude way Yelling and trying to draw attention to herself, berating the staff and holding up the line. I have to applaud the way that (I believe her name is) Jess and Tristan handled this situation. Not once did they raise their voice that this woman or return the behavior this woman exhibited. They both kept their cool, and did a really great job de-escalating the situation. If it had been me, I probably wouldve gotten fired. It gave me a peek into what they must deal with daily, and I have the utmost respect for them. They deserve raises!

I love coming to this store, and Mr. Jerome has been a great help. I came in one evening to get some seafood, he was very helpful. So the times I've came in how come I've NEVER seen him as employee of the month. I think his customer service is GREAT!!! I'd like to see his picture on the wall.

Very clean well stocked store. Excellent variety of products. Fresh produce, dairy products, meats, fish, everything... Excellent bakery. Beer & Wine. Friendly and helpful staff. Good pricing on everything in the store. Short checkout lines at staffed registers and they still have self-checkout systems available unlike some other stores in the area. Senior discount day is Wednesday, save money. Save even more with a Lowes Foods rewards card.
