Tom was so helpful and nice to order from as I from out of town. I special requested a certain flower be included and he was happy to do that. The recipient loved her beautiful arrangement.

Update 2024: Still love Toms Florist and use them exclusively in the greater Summerville area for years. For premium fresh flowers, customer service, floral arrangements and friendliness- Toms is the place the go!!
Original Review- I use Toms threefold in my life: Personally; for our clients; and for my company internally. The flowers and plants are always the best quality. The arrangements are beautiful. Tom is so friendly and accommodating, and his customer service is excellent.
One time I placed 5 orders at the same time, and even though Tom had been planning to take that day off he still arranged and delivered for me, which was simply above and beyond what I would expect from him.

Plant we picked up was much larger than the photographs, which was much appreciated. Sorry we were outside their delivery area, but we are very much enjoying the plant.

Did a great job putting together some flowers for my parents grave. I always prefer to work with a local shop directly to reduce the middle man and keep the local shops operating.
