Starbucks

I go to this Starbucks weekly & it is consistently the worst service I could possibly receive. They spend more time having personal conversations than working. There is only 1 person making drinks even on a Saturday when they are at their peak. They need all new staff

Today me and my two kids came through to get our shopping drinks as we usually do during our target trip. We experienced the worst hospitality/compassion. My toddler asked to hold the Christmas rubber duck while I ordered our drinks. But instead one of the girls behind the counter came over and told her she could not hold the rubber duck that was on the counter. Not even for a second. Was she kind about it? Absolutely not. Its Christmas time, as a busy parent it wouldve be so nice to be able to order my drinks without a screaming child who did not understand why she couldnt hold a bath time rubber duck for just a moment. I dont need to point names. That lady and all the other ladies who watched her showed there true colors. Ill be ordering my drinks at a different Starbucks from here on.
