DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! This boutique is dishonest. I ordered an item online. They sent me the wrong item. I took photos and sent it back. Then they tried to steal money from me by not refunding back the full amount I was owed. (They stole over $5.) Shop at Shein, Poshmark, Walmart, Amazon, Goodwill, Target, Macy's or anywhere else BUT here. This place is dishonest and they need to close PERMANENTLY! Screw you for being dishonest! I should have read the other reviews before buying from this cheap and tacky boutique. I really do hope they close. They are cheap. Edited 3/26 at 2:40PM PST: The business said this is a "fake review." There is nothing fake about it sweetie. I have screenshots of the whole transaction. My credit card company had to intervene and I won!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. Own up to your mistake instead of calling my review fake. You fraud! Truth hurts! This business owner is a liar. Read the other reviews! All of us aren't lying! ( I don't know those people, I am on the West Coast.) Please do us a favor and close. I am so disgusted with your dishonesty and how you handled SENDING ME THE WRONG ITEM!

I ordered a shirt for my daughter for Christmas. It came in such beautiful packaging! I wish she would've taken pictures first! Came early and was the perfect fit. I do wish it was long sleeves, but that is my fault for not reading the description. Great company, will order again!

I am disappointed in this boutique because I drove from downtown Charleston on Saturday and the doors were locked, the lights were off, and no one would answer the phone. On google it says they are open on Saturdays and the door said they were open as well. It was an hour after opening and no one was there. It was my last day in Charleston so I wont even be able to come back and shop here which is a shame because the clothes in the window were cute. I just dont understand how they can leave people to drive there when they said it was open and have them disappointed in the business. Dont rely on them and I want an explanation. I would love is someone could answer me and let me know why.
