        Had a engine light come on and stopped in to see what showed on code reader. The girl at counter didn't have a clue what to do then she asked an older guy and he didn't know either. They waited for another guy but he was helping another customer. She found a code reader, walked to my truck and continuously said " I don't know what I'm doing." I said nevermind I'll go somewhere else. Just know the basics of your job is all I ask. If you work where they offer services then you should know how to do them.

        Customer service is trash. They have things online then get in store and aren't there. The employees act like they don't want to come from behind the counter

        Order a radiator hose Friday morning 10:00 a.m. should have been delivered Friday afternoon. I was told it did not come on Friday's truck. Went back Saturday after the delivery truck came and still not there. Could not be found in system. None other hose in the system. Took another 20 minutes to refund my money. Another man was there trying to get a starter that was ordered early Saturday morning and should be there. It also was missing.
