CPM Federal Credit Union - Summerville

Why dont the mobile app ever work when me or my spouse need it to work. We could be stranded in the middle of nowhere and cant move money in the middle of the night. You do not care about your customers at all for allowing this to be a daily issue. No customer service over the phone after hours which is usually when we find out the online banking is having problems. Should be considered a hazard or even illegal to not be able to access your own account.

I have been with CPM since I was 17 and opened my first savings account. I havent had any issues with them other than the low daily spending limits that they USED to have when I first joined daily spending limit was only $1500 now its over $3000 made tax time a little crazy if you know what I mean. Only other issue I have is every time I call it says my account is frozen and when I ask the person on the phone they say it isnt locked so idk. But all in all I wouldnt trade banking with CPM for Wells Fargo or Bank of America been with both of those and they suck.

Fortunately, we have only had to deal with this bank for 5 months. They are extremely expensive!    They charge $160/month to bank with them. I have never had a bank charge their customers so much! They will not take off the fees and are sending me to customer service that tells me to come into the branch and that doesn't seem like a positive way to do business.

Very bad company to work for. Fired someone over a misunderstanding and then instead of talking to him tried to create lies. Do not work for.
