    I recently moved from a one bedroom to a three bedroom apartment here in Westbury Mews. The assistant office manager, Kristen was very helpful and pleasant. Kristen made my transition very easy. Also, Steve in maintenance took care of some necessary adjustments.

    Worst property ever !!!!! Been here 7 months, nothing in my apartment ever get fix . The office staff is very rude . Dont waste your time living here .

    The maintenance is not present at all on the property. When I had an issue with my washer they closed out the ticket twice without even coming to look at it! Then tried to tell me I rented it from a third party and they were waiting for the third party to respond. I literally had to call the "third party" to find out a work order had never been placed. John admitted he "dropped the ball" as he gave me his word he would come at a certain day/time twice and then no called no showed. I was then told by management I would have a new washer and dryer the next day and the $50 monthly rental fee would indefinitely be dropped since none of the other units have to pay a separate fee for theirs and we found out it is not a third party washer. Well, then Jenny got involved and actually slowed down the process even more. There was no customer service or empathy when I told her my laundry had been piling up for three weeks and due to a wrist injury (tendonitis) I did not want to risk carrying loads of laundry up and down three flights of stairs. Instead, we were back to square one with no immediate solution. After three weeks. In this time I had to go to the office nearly everyday to get an update on my washer and dryer and found that they close early for holidays such Halloween and the County Fair. Finally, a new washer and dryer was installed and Jenny refused to honor what her staff had told me about indefinitely removing the $50 charge. No customer service. Not solution oriented one bit. We pay a separate monthly fee for pest control. They used to spray pretty regularly like every 3-4 months. I looked back and saw the last time they sprayed the 900 building was in July. I put in a ticket because there is a huge wasp problem that is close to my door. Again, they closed out my ticket and the wasps are still there. We also pay a monthly fee for trash but the grounds are filthy. Lots of broken glass, beer bottles on the ground and furniture sitting near the dumpster for weeks at a time. At times the doggy bags will be out and the poop trash overflowing. When my neighbor moved out and left their mattress in the breezeway and it sat there for nearly a month. Everytime I talk to management about maintenance they tell about how busy they are at Legends--as if Westbury Mews is on the back burner. I made the request to change my locks and on a Saturday I found myself running to Lowes to repair it because my doorknob literally fell off! He used the wrong size screws for my front door!! How dangerous. Of course I didn't feel comfortable contacting maintenance to fix it on a Saturday because not long after they were changed that same maintenance man ended up in my FB inbox talking about how he was trying to flirt. Literally there are so many things I have to say about this place. The amenities such as the pool has been closed over Memorial Day and the grills they promised us are always empty of gas. No security in the grounds. Cars are being broken into, windows broken, dashes tore out. With all of this money we pay in rent you would think they would at least have security cameras. I have never complained about anything of this prior to the situation with my washer. All of this collectively with what we pay for monthly is not okay! I always pay my rent on time and mind my own business but I felt like they treated me so wrong when I was nothing but nice and respectful. Now they are still closing out my tickets again without fixing the situation. This place is been becoming more and more neglected since Lexi left! It was semi-decent before then. Now I can't wait for my lease to be up. It is poorly managed and not properly maintained. I think I have had maybe 3/4 maintenance issues for the two years I have lived here and yet they keep getting closed out without being completed!!
