Terrible customer service -once paid never Returned calls - my General Contrator Showed me bad & loose installation it took Months to send someone we had to remove all framing.after paying the almost $30,000 The work should have been supervised better And supervisor does not return calls. Terrible.

After a very poor experience with a previous waterproofing attempt in my full-size wet basement, I had the good fortune of turning to Mt. Valley Foundation Services for a comprehensive solution. From the very beginning, Carlton in sales provided clear, informative guidance without any of the pressure you might expect. I appreciated Carlton's professionalism and clear communication, matched with his extensive knowledge. Donovan and his team handled the installation. The contrast between the previous system and what Mt. Valley installed is like night and day. Without going into the specifics of the past, let's just say the prior system left much to be desired. In stark contrast, the workmanship, attention to detail, and the technology of Mt. Valley's system have transformed my basement from a constant worry to a space I'm now excited to use to its fullest potential. I had a digital weather station installed at my house because of the water intrusion issues I was dealing with in the basement. We experienced nearly 5 inches of rain within a 24-hour period in January. The system installed by Mt. Valley didnt just perform; it excelled, managing all that water without the slightest hint of struggle. In fact, we've seen nearly half (22" of rain) of the average annual rainfall within the first 10 weeks of 2024. The basement has stayed dry!!! This is the kind of reliability and peace of mind I was seeking from the start. Thanks to Mt. Valley Foundation Services, I have every confidence to proceed with my plans to fully finish my basement, something I couldnt have imagined doing with the previous system in place. This transformation effectively doubles the livable square footage of my home, a change I hadnt dared proceed with before Mt. Valley's intervention. Mark Duncan came out on the same day we had a problem with water coming into the basement seen the problem and fix it. The best part was he knew who we was and knew what to do! Great job Mark, and thank you so much.
