I wouldn't buy a car here they will harass you to death call your phone 20 times and that's if you a day late on your payment. I bought a 2004 from them owe them 2000 more dollars on a over price vehicle from the beginning and they call my phone like it's a 2024 car . Cathy is very rude and bossy they don't know how to separate new customers from old customers use used parts when they fix your car under warranty. Thinking about getting a lawyer for harassment many times they call my phone. Payment due on Friday but I pay on Wednesday cause how I'm paid and they will blow my phone up very unprofessional. I wouldn't buy a car freshener from them

I wouldn't recommend buying a car here. I looked at a few for a quick cheap daily. They are extremely overpriced even in todays car market. Very pushy sales tactics as well.

Please don't purchase a 2012 Buick Lacrosse from family Auto, it's very dangerous to drive, I had to take it to 6 different shops within one year and a few months. From day one I had problems with it and they refuse to help me, I've loss my job and much more money, the car has electric computer problems. And it rains iut down on you as it drives, you can be in a bad accident. It happens to me numerous times, b they will say it's nothing wrong with it. It's sad how they treated me and I was on time with my payments.and they trying to put it on my credit. They will see my lawyer about this. Sooner then they think. They tried to get me to do a 1099 on it too whatever that means. Sounds like a scam. The car is bright red car. I promise you it's very dangerous to drive it
