I attended Fox Pools pool school for a refresher on pool care and maintenance. The presentation not only taught the hows but the whys of regular pool care. I am now better equipped to be more pro- active in maintaining my pool so that it will last longer and my family can enjoy it more. Thanks, Fox Pools!

I do not know where to begin. I had a 22'x40' Lagoon shaped, salt water, heated pool with spill over spa. I have never seen such combative, unprofessional, down right abusive behavior from anyone like I did from the owner of Fox Pools of Spartanburg. Currently, Fox Pools of the Carolinas has taken over and Fox Pools of Spartanburg is closed but not closed. Fox Pools of the Carolinas stepped in and had to completely redo the vermiculite/concrete finish on the entire pool and fixed ALL of the mess ups from the other pool company! Our diving board came loose in a major way, wobbling big time! The piping runs for feeds and returns were crooked, with bends unnecessarily. This caused a decrease in water flow, making the skimmers operate poorly. It took a year for my pool to be complete! And oh, I had to pay to have my pool heater hooked up properly because the gas company would not connect the heater due to psi regulators needed. How can a company operate for all these years in the upstate of SC and get away with work like this and so so many more people? As a matter of fact, I can ask almost anyone in my community if they have heard of Fox Pools of Spartanburg, and the majority of those people will tell me of a bad experience they had or someone they know had with them. My heart goes out to all of the people that have suffered due to this company. We reap what we sow. Fox Pools of the Carolinas really helped. I appreciate so much all they did to step in for us. Thank God we have a new, customer oriented Fox Pools now. Fox Pools of the Carolinas, Thank you Again! Our Pool Looks and operates like it should now because you stepped in and helped!
