Dr. McDermott is a Great doctor he has good bedside manners and personable his nurses and staff is very nice. The physical therapy staff is Awesome. Curtis Horn is my physical therapist He will push you hard That is good I like that. He will get you to where you need to be. I will recommend this place to everyone

I have spent a total of 2 years here. After 3 shoulder surgeries. I have received and am still receiving the best of care. I would highly recommend this place. The therapists are very personable and treat clients with the best of care.

Dr. McDermott performed a flawless surgery on my left rotator cuff repair, and SMC Rehabilitation Services provided my physical therapy within the same office at North Grove. Jeff Pothaven provided my post-surgical physical therapy treatment and deserves an A+. This team got me back to playing my musical instruments ahead of schedule.

Please know that those 2 stars are exclusively for Dr. Mcdermott and his bed side manner. Everything else about this office is mediocre at best. If you are already unfortunate enough to have to have surgery, you can definitely guarantee to be given a huge run around. After ensuring you that you are of utmost importance on her sticky note, Hope will then ignore every attempt you make to acquire about said surgery, and a mysterious balloon payment will be demanded 1 day before surgery (2 days if you're lucky) that was not disclosed in any other preparatory appointment leading up to it. Even if your out of pocket deductible is met. And FMLA paperwork, you will probably have to pay for that multiple times too, and everyone in this office (with the exception of Karen) becomes extremely defensive if you question anything. But please do ask those important questions so that you aren't taken by surprise like my husband and I. And if it wasn't for McDermott being such a wonderful surgeon and I could JUST rate the office staff, they would recieve 0 stars.
