I rented a unit over the phone and was told it would be inside a gate. I was also given a code for the gate. Upon arrival to the unit, I found that it was not gated at all. I called the same day to terminate my contract. I was told by the manager that I would receive a refund, but that was months ago and still nothing. This is a very dishonest company and I will never attempt to use them again.

Wonderful experience and Awesome customer service from Mgr Jed. He is very knowledgeable and always kind and helpful when I come to the office. I will rent from here again!

Jed McGinnis This guy does an exceptional job running the place. The place is quiet and peaceful which I greatly enjoyed. Jed's there every morning and evening making sure nothing is amiss. I stayed with SROA for over a year due to it's affordability, location and most importantly the staff. The thing I appreciated the most was that Jed goes the extra step to help resolve any concerns and I even noticed that they have a pest control contract on location so when I came for the final time to get all my things they were rat free and my mattresses were even safe. I appreciate the exceptional customer service and Jed left a great impression. If I need storage in the future SROA will be the first people I look up and that's thanks to Jed going above and beyond.
