We had Cannon replace our roof and gutters. We couldnt be happier with the result. The roofing crew worked hard 7:15 to dusk to get the work done. When they finished each day they cleaned up to the point you could even tell they had been there. Debris, nails etc, all gone. Final result has worked great. No leaks!

As a commercial property manager we rely heavily on our vendors/contractors to provide exceptional quality service; often times its at a moments notice due to the nature of the repair and/or the demands of the tenant. Cannon Roofing is responsive, dependable, professional, dedicated to the service that they provide and quality of work. Without giving specifics, they recently accommodated a change in schedule while completing a roof replacement due to the needs of the tenants. This could have cost our clients additional money however Cannon Roofing was more concerned with the safety of the tenants and liability that it would have caused our client than to submit a change order. I called Cannon Roofing to try and come out to check some leak issues. It took over a week and my calling back several times to get help scheduling with Amanda. After the crew came out to inspect, they made a temp repair and explained what all needed to be done. I agreed and asked them to have me scheduled ASAP for the full repairs. Once again, over a week passed and I had to initiate scheduling the repair with Amanda. They do not seem to review notes from visits to see if further work is necessary. I dont know if that is Amandas job but she has been a bottleneck for me on two occasions so far. They do good work but ONLY call if youre not in a pinch! Service: Roof repair
