Will not come back to do repairs even after he says he will. Will not even answer/return calls once he knows why you are calling. After we spoke the first time the only way to even get him to answer phone was to call from a different number. ,no one else wanted to fix someone else’s mistakes. I didn’t even want him to fix our problems for free We were more than willing to pay him to come back at out but no.

He will gladly replace your roof but when the shingles blow off he will tell you your warranty is with the shingle manufacturer not him. At first he said he would fix it but then he NEVER SHOWED UP and stopped answering our phone calls.

Leon did an AWESOME job when he replaced our roof. So when we wanted to have siding put on our boxing we wanted him. I saw and talked to him about a month ago when he was doing guttering for our neighbor. He said he was coming when they finished to measure and give us an estimate-NEVER showed. When I called him about 3 weeks later he said the reason he didn't come down to our house was because it was a Friday and they were tired. So he was supposed to come Monday morning before lunch. He NEVER showed-NEVER called. I waited a couple days and called him; left a message-NEVER showed-NEVER called. I called for the 3rd time this week and he was coming out the NEXT day; NEVER showed-NEVER called. Tried calling him this morning 3 times and he didn't answer. He had told me that he has my # still in his phone SO EVIDENTLY he KNOWS it's me calling!! Well, Mr. Leon Easler, you have lost a customer that has told other people what an awesome job y'all did and how nice y'all were....NOW I'M GONNA TELL PEOPLE THAT YOU ARE NOT SOMEONE THEY WANT TO CALL!!!! YOU DO NOT DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU WILL DO! IF YOU CAN'T COME FOR WHATEVER REASON, YOU COULD AT LEAST CALL! BUT THAT'S OK, WE HAVE SOMEONE ELSE TO DO OUR SIDING!! Service: Roof installation
