    Mark III Properties is the developer for Southgrove Subdivision in Fountain Inn South Carolina. They employ Community Management Partners LLC as the HOA management company for this subdivision, and I have had an extremely poor experience with Community Management Partners LLC that others should know about. Homeowners and other HOAs looking to hire an HOA management company should beware of Community Management Partners LLC. After registering with Community Management Partners LLC in February 2022, I heard absolutely nothing from them; no 2023 or 2024 HOA bills, no HOA monthly or annual meeting notices, no HOA annual budget or annual meeting minutes, nothing. When I called them in February 2024 inquiring about HOA dues, they sent a delinquent account summary with 9 monthly $25 delinquent fees and 9 monthly $5 interest fees. When I explained that I had not received a bill for 2023 or 2024 and asked that the delinquent fees be removed I again heard absolutely nothing from Community Management Partners LLC, and I am still waiting to hear from them weeks laterso beware of Community Management Partners LLC. In my experience they provide zero Customer service, and zero Client service for that matter as they made absolutely no collection efforts for my delinquent account for over a year. HOA associations considering hiring this company should take note of this fact.
