Package intentionally placed in gutter by 17 year Postal Employee. By a Post Office that insisted on delivering out of their jurisdiction. Well played.

If an EBAY seller has a Spartanburg, SC add at least 5 days to the advertised shipping dates. Multiple shipments took 4-20 days to EVEN SCAN IN. JOKE JOKE JOKE

I checked the tracking information and it showed that my package was delivered to the post office so I call up there or not once not twice but nine times this morning with no answer I drive up there only to find out that my package was not there and that it has been returned to sender. Was a huge waste of time

If I could give zero stars or a negative #, I would. Horrendous location. A priority mail envelope was shipped from JAX to my organizations PO Box at this USPS location. Tracking showed it arrived on Monday Sept 27, 2021 and delivered to our box. Untrue. We never received it. Then two days later, the person who sent the envelope called me. I knew the envelope coming had a check enclosed. It was cashed. The person who stole it added their name after the organizations name and then added a statement in the memo section about the check being for them and cashed it via mobile deposit. We also have proof that the person who sent the check has no history of writing anything in the memo section of her checks because she sends them monthly, which we photocopy for evidence. I visited the USPS site to speak with someone in management. I was told by a man in his 50's (appeared like) that they were not on site. He then handed me a slip of paper with the title "misplaced mail". I scratched through those words and wrote 'mail theft'. He looked irritated that I even implied theft. Why? Because all the evidence thus far implies the envelope never left the hands of people with the USPS. He then told me to return in the morning to speak with someone in management. Literally 5 minutes later, I received a phone call from a guy named Kyle who claimed they can't do anything (more like, they didn't want to mess with it) and I could only deal with the Postal Inspector regarding theft. It felt like a 'passing the buck' scenario. Absolutely unhelpful. Use this location at your own risk.
