I had a bathroom sink with very old corroded pipes that had burst. The pipe nuts were rusted and was very hard to unscrew. When I called Carolina plumbing, I was helped by a gentleman named Ed. Ed helped me get the rusted nuts out and repaired the sink for me the day after. Ed is very responsive and professional. While on the job he gave me tips and step by step instructions on how to repair a sink drain as I was watching him work. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was calling around for process and to confirm the repair someone else suggested. Instead of telling me I would have to pay 50 to 60 bucks for someone to come out before they even have an idea of the price, they talked with me about exactly what was going on made suggestions about possible fixes, and was extremely helpful/friendly.
