Dr. Michael Bozart did my daughters release as an infant and never once asked if she had previous body work which is very important to do prior to a release. She did have body work but it was only one session which wasnt even close to enough. Being a repeat mom who was in excruciating nipple pain everytime I nursed my baby I was ready to get it done but it would have been nice if the professionals had guided the way like they are suppose to. I would have waited. We continued to struggle for OVER A YEAR. I reached out to him multiple times and he refused to look into my daughters mouth just referred us back to the IBCLC. The IBCLC missed that she was still tied and also her and along with Dr. Bozart missed that my daughter had FOUR cheek ties that were MISSED. He also glanced at my sons mouth (which by the way he acted like he didnt want to which also by the way he could of said no) and he quickly told me no he doesnt have a tie. I now know that tongue ties are to never be assessed by vision only and by function. Thankfully I didnt trust his work bc my child had SO many symptoms including bed wetting at 7 years old, picky eating, poor posture, speech therapy for 4 years, sleep apnea, etc etc. I officially got him diagnosed and he does in fact have a tie. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Bozart to any parent. Parents, take your children to a provider who is actually educated on ties and is in this business for the right reasons.

We came to this office for a consult about a tongue and lip tie laser procedure. Dentist agreed that it needed to be lasered and we brought our referrals and all was good to go. The hygienist looks over his mouth and says His teeth look good! I dont see any issues. Dentist comes in to check over his tongue ties etc. and asks if we want to see if he needed any dental work done while we were there and I agreed to do X-rays. Well, they came back with this extensive itemized list of work that they say he needs done. I questioned it all and was told by the dentist and the assistant that it really needed to be done. They wanted to pull my babies front teeth for cosmetic purposes and I declined. They told me to think about it and that at least one of them had to go because it could be abscessed. Well let me tell you! I knew they were wrong because we had kept up with his dental work, and so I got a second opinion. Fast forward to his appt where I just wanted to get his ties lasered! The dentist and his assistant literally told me that if I didnt get the dental work done they wanted for him that they would refuse to do the laser treatment that I came in for. So basically they seem to me like they are money hungry! They are the type of dentist office to try and nickel and dime you for every penny you have. The second opinion I was able to get didnt even mention any abscesses whatsoever in fact those teeth in question were never even brought up. And by the way they were the same X-rays! Be aware of this office and think carefully because you dont get the teeth back that they pull to make money from. My poor baby about got his front teeth taken and some molars for money. I would never return here and never recommend. I was sent away from the office for not agreeing with dental work. Not to mention we were there on a referral for ties which they refused to address because we wouldnt do the work they wanted that day!! Nasty attitudes once they didnt get what they wanted. I am appalled!! Trying to save anyone else the trouble. Zero stars!!!

Id give them no stars if possible. My wife took my son for an extraction and that night it started to bleed and when I woke up he was covered in blood. It bleed so much that he swolled it and made him throw up this morning. I took him back to find out what was going on and they told me first that he must have been picking at it. Then the dentist came in and said no I'm not saying he did anything. Then told me the blood didn't come from his tooth he must have some other problem. Save your kids the pain and discomfort and yourself the aggravation of this dentist. She is a hack. And not a surgeon. And when you ask them they try to cover up what they did and say the blood came from somewhere else.

Very patient with my 15 month old. Answered all my questions and we were not rushed.
