        To who it may concern I was at Oak Street on February 17 at first I liked this place but that day it was a lot of laughing the nurses and the my Doctor Amanda Smith Hamilton that is very unprofessional for her and the Nurse's I am sorry to say I will not longer coming back here I didn't see anything funny I don't know who they was laughing at me are my friend guy, but for to be a Doctor that's unprofessional they will not call me for my appointment I have to call them.
