Melissa is absolutely wonderful. She did an AMAZING job and I was so relaxed! I struggle with tight muscles in my neck, shoulder, and back and this made such a difference. I highly recommend her!!!

I've been to Hard Knot Life three times now and I've been pleased with the customer service and the services both times. It's hard to get a quick appointment as Melissa is quite busy but that's a good thing in this business. There was no noise this time from other patrons so it was great! I wish I could afford to go every month.

Hi Otis! I’m so glad you came back in for another session and again want to apologize for the noise. While I do have a sign on my door stating that I’m in session, please talk quietly and a light up sign that reads Massage in session. The patrons of the salon don’t always partake in using their inside voice. I hope this doesn’t keep you away for good. Thanks again!

Melissa is absolutely amazing. Stepping into her suite you instantly feel a calming and relaxing atmosphere. Hands down the best massage therapist Ive ever experienced.
