This has got to be the most unprofessional place I have ever worked for and I wouldnt advise it. Me and my girlfriend just recently got a job here and my boss Juud thought it was a good idea to go to my girlfriend and tell her that if he was younger he would steal her from me and that she was very beautiful and then continue to put his hands on her shoulders every time he seen her. My dad passed away and they told me it was okay to take the time and when I reported Juud for his harassment we were both terminated for being out of work for my dads funeral considering I only took two days off and then they told nesco that the two days were 7 which was also a lie. When I reported Judd to HR and said no hard feelings I was told yeah because youre gonna have to work with him instead of if it happens again, just let us know and we will handle it. There were some very nice people that we worked with, but it would be a lot better if the place was way more professional, and didnt harass their employees.

If you are a female you will be harassed by men if you work at this plant. when you tell upper management, you will be terminated for anything they can find. I highly wouldnt recommend working at this company. They dont give raises and they dont pay good enough to put up with harassment everyday and being touched on. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau is for sure.
