I read the other reviews and if people are complaining about the backing being tight it must only be that way on the receiving side in the shipping area there's plenty of room. The turn in can be a little tight but not bad. Like other people have said back into any dock, go sign in at the tablet make sure you know the year of your trailer, then you go sit. My pickup number started with a 126. They do require a clean trailer in good shape. All and all it's not a bad place to pickup, loading speeds can always be faster.
