We bought a 100 year old building in our downtown that needed to be completely gutted. Replacing the windows and doors was on the to do list. I called this company and they were initially really responsive. They were great about coming out quickly to take measurements and fantastic about taking my deposit lol. I was told that my glass and framing would be done in two months. Two months turned into almost six months of waiting. I called at least once a week to check on the progress. The receptionist is incredibly rude and never knows what's going on. She always needs to check in with someone or another, and promises to call back, but doesn't. After three months of waiting, I was told the hold up wasn't them, but my county. Apparently we needed a permit to install the glass and the company was having a hard time. We walked down to county ourselves and got the permit. Next we find out the framing is in, but they never ordered the actual glass, so we had to hound them another month for them to remeasure for the glass. Long story short, I'm not sure where the break down in communication is, but they need to seriously rethink how they handle their large orders. I would be embarrassed as a small business if my customers order took this long. I thought long and hard about leaving this review, especially since I understand how much we as small businesses depend on good word of mouth. But the wait time was excessive and the lack of communication was unacceptable. I gave them two stars because the glass was finally put in and it looks great. Too bad the whole experience was a complete drag and gave me heart burn for six months. Services: General door installation, Glass installation

If I could give negative stars, I would do so! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional, unresponsive, liars and basically stole our money. When they still didnt provide our product 5 months later, they refused to return our phone call and when they did talk to us they were condescending and rude and had no justification for the delay. We had to ask for our deposit back and get a lawyer. To date weve only received $688 of our $1787 deposit. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! Service: Glass installation

New window install with horrible flashing gaps installed on a million dollar building. I refused to pay the remainder until they fixed it. I sent the manager pictures of the work, and he apologized, he said they would fix it. Never came, but charged my CC they had on file from the deposit. Called multiple times and they became unresponsive. Will never use them again. Services: Glass installation, Window repair

I would not recommend this company. We ordered a front door for our business and said it would be in 2 weeks. After 2 months of waiting, still haven't had it installed. Every time I called she would say that she would call me when they are on their way. Going to get our deposit back and go with Kapasi Glass since they don't want our business.
