They failed to give information over the phone regarding what documents to bring and when I let them know that there was no mention of serial numbers for collateral or relationships for references stated over the phone they declined my application after I left out. This place is absolutely unprofessional

A simply pre qualifying process. Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable about loans and services. The representative was personable while demonstrating a high level of professionalism.

At first these people were understanding and friendly. But now, they wanna get hateful. I was told I had money available. I called back 4 days later and now i dont. They wanna get hateful and tell you they cant help you now.

Carl is a very rude person. I had a loan with them from 2014 for $350, I made a few payments and then I lost my job and wasn't able to pay, mind you this was my first loan ever, I was young and dum. so fast forward to today, a lady I spoke to said that the system was showing that I had renewed with them 7 times and worked my way up to there $1000, which I never did, I only received the 350 loan. So she transfers me to Carl who had the nastiest attitude with me for no reason. He kept cutting me off sayin there was nothing he could do for me, and I told him that's fine I understan, and was asking him could he help explain to me what went on with my acct that it's saying I renewed 7 times because I know for a fact I didnt, I simply was trying to get an understanding. He still was cutting me off saying that they dnt keep files past 3 years so there was nothing more to explain to me, I then nicely asked if there was a corporate number I could call to get an explanation, he said no there isn't a corporate office to call and there's nothing we can do. He then asked me about a court date from 2016 I told him I never received any court date. I'm not sure what Carl pissy self is doing down there but somebody is scamming. How could I renew 7times if I never paid the 350?? I hope corporate sees this and contacts me. My email is [email protected]…
